How to add an export job?

With Elovate you can easily create an export job, based on the mapping and settings of your choice.

  • Go to the link Import / Export > Import in the left sidebar

  • Click on the button 'Add new export job'

Create new export

You will see the following page:

Name:
Give your import job a readable name

Target store:
Determine to which store you want to send your data to. Global will send the data to 'All Store Views'. Selecting a specific store will send the data to this specific store view.

Create an export based on the following filters:
You have the ability to establish a set of rules to filter the specific data you wish to export. Here's an example:

  • Status equal enabled
    and

  • Visibility equal catalog, search
    > Add group

  • Category equal - Eetkamerstoelen
    or

  • Category equal - Elektrische massagestoelen

When rules are created, there is a real-time result showing on the bottom of the rule builder which in this case is 220 results found

Selecting the fields you wish to export

After establishing your rules, you can then choose the attributes for export based on what is available in your Magento.

Note: Not all items can be exported. Here's a list of items that cannot be exported:

  • Tier prices

  • Custom options

  • Quantity

  • Categories

When you're finished selecting the attributes you want to include in your export, you can choose between Excel, CSV, and Google Sheets for exporting. Finally, you can select the frequency to automatically export the same job; you can do this daily, weekly, or monthly.

Finally, click "Save" to execute the export.
