1. Access the Import Section

Go to Import / Export > Import in the left sidebar of your Elovate dashboard.

2. Add a New Import Job

Click "Add new import job".

3. Configure the Import Settings

  • Name: Give your import job a clear name.

  • Target Store: Select the relevant store view.

  • File Type: Feed url

  • Multi-Select Delimiter: If your file uses multi-select fields, specify the delimiter (e.g. | or ,).

4. Provide the Feed URL

  • For CSV or Excel files: Paste the direct link to the publicly accessible file. No login/authentication should be required.

7. Validate the Import

8. Fix Errors (if any)

Go to the "Fix errors" tab. You can:

  • Skip Value: Import the row but ignore the problematic field.

  • Skip Item: Ignore the entire row.

  • Attribute Mapping: Map the incoming value to an existing attribute.

9. Final Review and Import

Go to "Review and import" to preview the data.

You can:

  • Run import now

  • Schedule import

  • Save import without running

10. Monitor Progress
