Sometimes you don’t want to sync an entire job to Magento — you just want to send one product, category, or page.
Elovate allows you to manually push a single entity from within the job view.
1. Permissions
To push content to Magento manually, you must:
Have moderator rights for the job
Or be both editor and moderator on the same job (same user)
If a moderator is assigned and you are only an editor, you cannot push to Magento.
2. Steps to push a single item
Go to Apps → [App Name] (e.g., Content Enrichment, Translations).
Open the job containing the item you want to push.
Locate the specific product, category, or page in the list.
Click to open the item’s detail view.
Review the content (make any last edits if needed).
Click Approve (or Approve & Next if you want to continue reviewing more items).
Approve = sends this one item to Magento immediately.
Approve & Next = pushes the item and opens the next one in the list.
3. Things to note
The sync happens right after you approve, but Magento may take some time to process.
You can verify if the push worked by checking Apps → Synchronisation Logs.
Any Magento API errors (e.g., “Invalid category ID”) will appear here and can be reproduced in Postman.
