Translating Magefan blog content with Elovate requires the Blog Extra package from Magefan. If you have blog extra, Elovate needs to enable this feature within Elovate, please contact customer support. If it’s included in your plan, we’ll activate it for you.
This is because advanced multi-language support — including the ability to manage blog posts, categories, tags, and authors at the store view level — is only available in the Blog Extra edition.

Elovate now supports seamless translation of Magefan blog content, including:

These elements are accessible under the Storedata section in the Elovate interface.
Step 0-1: Create a Translation Setting
If you've already created translation settings, this can be skipped.
Navigate to APPS > Translations > Settings.
Click on 'Add new translation'.
Configure the following:
Translate From: Select the source store view.
Translate To: Select the target store view(s).
Translation Provider: Choose between DeepL (default, informal, formal).
Exclude Attributes: Optionally, specify attributes to exclude from translation.
Automatically Translate Items: Enable or disable automatic translation.
Automatically Translate URL Key: Decide whether to translate URL keys.
Automatically Sync Items to Webshop After Translation: Choose to sync translations automatically.
Whitelist Elements to Translate in Magento Widgets: Specify which widget elements to translate.
Step 2: Create a Translation Job
Navigate to APPS > Translations > Jobs.
Click on 'Add new translation job'.
Fill in the following details:
Translation Setting: Select the previously created setting.
Translation Type: Choose between:
One-time Translation: Translates content once.
Continuous Translation: Monitors and translates new or updated content automatically.
Force Translation: Enable to overwrite existing translations.
Remove Links: Choose to remove hyperlinks from translated content.
Job Name: Assign a descriptive name to the job.
Human Moderators: Assign moderators who can approve translations.
Entity to Translate: Select from:
Blog Posts
Blog Categories
Authors
Tags
Elements to Translate: Choose specific attributes or select all.
Click 'Save' to initiate the translation process.
Notes
Ensure that the Magefan Blog module is installed and properly configured in your Magento store.
Translations will appear under the respective store views in Magento once synced.
Regularly review and approve translations to maintain content quality.
