How to create a project and jobs

After creating a set of products, categories, or both, you can proceed by clicking 'Next' in the bottom right corner. From there, you can begin assigning tasks to users.

Add to project

After completing the list configuration, you have the option to add the list to a project. Alternatively, you can choose not to assign it to any project.

Add briefing

You can create a task-specific briefing for this task. You can either write your own or add a URL, such as a Google Spreadsheet URL.

Assign editors

You can select users who have been added in Elovate. To add users in Elovate, check the article: 'Adding new users'.

Assign attributes to editors

The assigned editors can be assigned to attributes here. See the example below:

Do you want to add a moderator?

Adding a moderator will enable tasks, once completed, to be placed in a moderation list for additional checks before being pushed to Magento2. Without moderation, completed items will be directly pushed to Magento2.

Select moderator

You can select moderators from the users who have been added to Elovate.
