Managing store data in Elovate

Guide to managing Magento store data in Elovate, covering dashboard, products, categories, attributes, pages, blocks, and Magefan blogs.

Updated this week

Overview

From products to blog posts, this section acts as your central control hub for all store view data.

Quick Navigation

Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your store’s current status in Elovate.
From here, you can see synchronization health, recent imports, and data-related alerts.
This is your starting point for diagnosing issues and quickly accessing detailed store data.

Products

In the Products section, you’ll see all Magento products for the selected store view.
You can:

  • View product data exactly as it exists in Magento.

  • Search, filter, and sort by attributes.

  • Prepare products for translation or content enrichment.

  • Bulk select items for jobs such as translations or Search & Replace.

Categories

Categories structure your store’s navigation.
Here you can:

  • View all categories for the store view.

  • Edit titles, descriptions, and metadata.

  • Queue categories for translation jobs.

  • Ensure category data is consistent across store views.

Attributes

Attributes define product details, such as size, color, or brand.
In this section, you can:

  • View all attributes available in Magento.

  • Identify which attributes are imported into Elovate.

  • Prepare attributes for translation.

  • Exclude unnecessary attributes from import (using the Excluded Attributes setting in General Settings).

Pages

CMS pages store static content such as About Us, FAQ, or policy pages.
Here, you can:

  • View all pages for the store view.

  • Edit and prepare them for translation.

  • Use AI Content Enrichment to update copy, improve SEO, and localize content.

Blocks

Blocks are reusable pieces of content that can be placed in multiple parts of your store, like promotional banners or custom HTML snippets.
You can:

  • View and manage all Magento blocks.

  • Prepare them for translation or enrichment.

  • Keep block content aligned across store views.

Blogs (Magefan)

If you have the Magefan Blog Extra extension installed, Elovate supports blog data management.
This includes:

  • Blog posts

  • Blog categories

  • Authors

  • Tags

These appear under Store Data once the Magefan integration is enabled in your Elovate plan.
From here, you can translate and maintain multilingual blog content just like any other store entity.

Tips for using store data efficiently

  • Always check the Dashboard first to spot sync issues.

  • Use filters to quickly find specific products, categories, or attributes.

  • Queue multiple items for translation at once to save time.

  • For Magefan blogs, ensure the Blog Extra package is installed before enabling translations.

Do you want me to also prepare a visual table of entities with descriptions at the top for quick scanning? That’s a common UX feature in this kind of hub article.
