  • What are the statuses in translations and what do they mean?

    Job Overview:

    New: The job has been created and is being processed by Elevate.

    In Progress: The job is created and is being executed.

    Error: There is an error in the job.

    Success: The job has completed translations.

    Product Overview:

    New: The product has been created and is being processed by Elevate.

    In Progress: The product is translated and is ready for moderation.

    Error: There is an error with the product translation.

    Success: The product has completed translations.

    Moderate: The product is ready for moderation.

  • Does Elovate work with AI?

    Yes, with Elovate you have the option to make use of DeepL Default, formal and informal.

  • How to filter in translation jobs?

    Utilize either the search bar, translation type, synced webshop, translation status, or moderation status filter.

  • How to rerun a translation job?
