In Elovate, you can run an export immediately or set it to run automatically at a specific time and frequency. This is helpful for regular reporting or syncing data with other systems.
Setting up a scheduled export
Go to Apps → Import / Export → Export.
Click Add new export job or open an existing one.
Fill in the export details as usual (name, store, attributes, filters, etc.).
Under Run this export at a specific time, toggle the option on.
Select the frequency:
One time – Runs only once at the specified time.
Daily – Runs every day at the chosen time.
Weekly – Runs on the chosen day(s) of the week at the chosen time.
Monthly – Runs on the chosen date(s) of the month at the chosen time.
Click Save. Your export will now run automatically based on your schedule.
Descheduling an export
If you no longer want an export to run automatically:
Open the scheduled export job.
Turn off Run this export at a specific time.
Click Save.
The export will now only run manually when you choose to start it.
Pro tips:
Use scheduled exports with Google Sheets to have up-to-date reports always available.
Avoid scheduling unnecessary large exports during peak hours to reduce server load.
