Advanced workflows in Elovate allow you to set up dynamic, self-updating lists for products, categories, or custom pages that match certain conditions—so you can keep content continuously enriched with minimal manual work.
How “continuous” rules work
When you create a list in Content Enrichment, you define rules in the rule builder (e.g., “Description is empty”). Elovate automatically checks these rules every 15 minutes.
This means your list is alive—it updates itself whenever new items meet your conditions.
Example:
You create a list with the rule:
Description is emptyAt the start, 100 products match, so you run AI generation to fill descriptions
Once complete, there are 0 products matching the rule
Later, a new product is added to Magento without a description
Within 15 minutes, it appears automatically in the same list, ready for enrichment
This allows you to run continuous content generation without having to manually rebuild lists.

Select Entity: Products and choose your Source and Target store views

Save and run the job
Moderate and approve generated content as needed
From now on, any product without a description will automatically enter the list for enrichment. All you need to do is approve or adjust the AI-generated content.
