Tracking progress and reporting in content enrichment

Learn how to track job progress and monitor completion in Elovate’s content enrichment tool

1) Accessing progress tracking

  • Go to Apps → Content enrichment → All jobs.

  • Select the content enrichment job you want to monitor.

  • The Overview tab shows the job’s current status and the progress of items inside it.


2) Job-level statuses (list overview)

Status

Meaning

Generating

The job is being created and the system is preparing the items.

Processing

Items are ready to be worked on by the content or moderation team. Progress is shown as processed items / total items (e.g., 1/424).

Complete

All items in the list have been fully processed and approved.


3) Editor task statuses

Status

Meaning

Processing

The editor has to edit this item but hasn’t started yet.

Partial

The editor has started editing and saved changes, but the item is not yet marked complete.


4) Moderation statuses

Status

Meaning

Processing

The moderator has to review the item but hasn’t started yet.

Partial

The moderator has started reviewing and saved changes but hasn’t completed the review.


5) Completion metrics

Inside a job, you can view:

  • Total items – Number of products, categories, or custom pages in the job.

  • Processed items – Items that have been handled by editors or moderators.

  • Completion percentage – Progress bar showing how far along the job is.


6) Reporting tools

  • Filter by role – View items assigned to a specific editor or moderator.

  • Filter by status – Quickly locate items in Processing or Partial to identify bottlenecks.
